How We Can Work Together During Quarantine

Hey Everybody! 

I know people assume most places and businesses are shut down at the moment. However, just like restaurants and businesses that have gotten creative to continue serving our community, I’m still excited to work with people and get them moving during this time.

If you’ve been wanting to make some strides in stretching, exercise, or yoga and still need a little help and guidance, there’s no reason we can’t collaborate through all the different forms of online communication available to us. 

For example, I’m currently doing fitness classes via video conferences and am happy to do the same consulting and discussing workouts with you! And there is still the possibility of in-person training. We can meet in a park that allows entry or find a space where we have lots of room to move freely without getting too close. We can chat and find a way to comfortably and safely meet in-person while practicing social distancing and other measures the CDC and public health organizations recommend. 

The same extends to my partner, Samantha Beatty! She has plenty of flexibility to lead an individual or group class from the comfort of her own home. 

There are few things I love more than helping people and discussing health/wellness, so quarantine isn’t stopping me anytime soon. Let’s keep moving! Head over to my contact page or find me on any of my social media accounts and we’ll work this out.
